WHY ARE THESE PIECES ALREADY FRAMED AND READY TO HANG?

We consider the final presentation of every photograph we take. Each piece is printed and framed with intention, as an extension of the work itself, preserving the intended visual impact. The framing, scale and paper choice are all part of the artwork itself.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?

As all our framed prints are single editions we take care and time to ensure the prints, mounts and frames are of superior quality. We aim to dispatch all our artworks within 10 working days of receiving your order. Shipping time is estimated to take between 1-2 days (this is determined by DHL and is intended to be used only as an estimation).

How will my art be delivered?

Your art will be express couriered directly to you. We will send delivery updates directly to you via email. All pieces are carefully packed and protected on all sides with recyclable and biodegradable wrapping materials to ensure no damage can occur in transit.

WHAT IF MY ARTWORK IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

In the unlikely event your art arrives damaged we will take immediate action at no cost to you. Please contact us on delivery and provide:

• Photographs of the damage

• Images of the packaging (inside and out)

Once received we’ll arrange a replacement and cover all associated shipping. Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly and with as little effort on your part as possible.

(NB: We cannot resolve damage related issues that are reported after 7 days of delivery)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We understand that ordering art online requires trust and we take that responsibility seriously. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase.

We accept returns on artwork within 14 days of delivery provided it is in it’s original condition and packaging.

As these are high value pieces we will deduct a £70.00 flat return shipping fee from your refund.

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return courier fee. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return for the refund to appear in your account.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:

• All returned artwork must be in it’s original condition with no signs of use or alteration

• Original packaging is required

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your artwork
