We aim to ensure that the information and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, photographs displayed on a screen may vary slightly from the appearance of the physical print due to differences in monitors, screens and display settings.
We reserve the right to update, change or remove content from the website at any time.
2. Artwork
We sell original, one-off photographic prints through our website. Each print is an individual work and is not part of a numbered or limited edition.
All artwork, photographs, images, text and other content appearing on the website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the photograph to you. You may display the physical print for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, copy, scan, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the photograph without our prior written permission.
Digital downloads or licences to use our photographs are not offered through this website.
3. Orders and Contracts
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the artwork selected by you.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. A contract for the sale of the artwork is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the artwork has been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.
Because our artwork is one-off, an item may become unavailable before an order is processed. If this happens, we will contact you and provide a refund for any amount you have paid for the unavailable item.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or technical errors.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in pounds sterling unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information when placing an order.
5. Delivery
We will provide delivery information and estimated delivery times on the website or during the checkout process.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided when placing your order is correct.

Buying a physical print does not give you permission to reproduce the photograph or use it commercially.
